2022-2023 Service Requirements
October 1, 2022 – September 30, 2023
Service/Repair Requirements
● All Service/Repairs will be based on an as needed basis. The Maintenance Supervisor will arrange and approve all work and invoices for payment.
● All Service/Repairs to be completed at the District’s Bus Garage. Current District equipment/tools that are available may be used, however any addition equipment/tools needed to complete repairs must be furnished by the winning bidder.
● Any misuse of District equipment must be replaced by the winning bidder.
Billings/Insurance Requirements
● Must keep workers compensation insurance. Proof of coverage must be submitted to the Treasurer of the District.
● Must keep a minimum of one million Liability coverage, adding the District as additional insured is preferred. Proof of coverage must be submitted to the Treasurer of the District
● Billings to be submitted by the 10th of the month for the previous month’s charges.
● Charges must be broken down by the hour for services being billed and the total material cost, with a grand total on each invoice.
● Bills must include the bus number and vehicle description for each charge incurred.
Bid Documents to be Submitted:
● Proof of active Workers Compensation and Liability Coverage
● Hourly Rates
● Two Professional References
