The Valley Indian Band competed Saturday in the Rock Hill Marching Band Invitational, receiving 1st place Colorguard, 1st place Percussion, and 1st place band in class C, a clean sweep of their class, The band also received an overall rating of II. The band will compete again this Saturday (9/24) at Portsmouth West performing at 5:30pm. Mr Payne would also like to extend his thanks to the many band parents and friends that came out to help and support the band Saturday.
